But from where I stand in Natural Science , the cloud is made of copper, steel, and massive amounts of chilled water. The Thermal Wall As we push deeper into the AI era, we are hitting what I call the Thermal Wall . The high-density server racks required for modern LLM inference generate heat at a scale that traditional data center designs simply weren't built to handle.
